Position: Account Executive

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Skilled and experienced in handling manufacture line full-set accounts
Familiar with SST and e-Invoicing
Proficient in SQL Accounting System (added advantage)
Able to work independently
Age: 26-45 years old

Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
- Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain positive cash flow
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AR/AP processes
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to AR/AP
- Issue SST exemptions and review SST reports
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Management & Strategic Support
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
- Assist in implementing new financial systems or tools
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving and growth opportunities
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
