Job Details

Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: 15A, Laluan Meru Indah G1, Gerbang Meru Indah, 30020 Ipoh, Perak

We are seeking a detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible Account Executive to support our client's financial operations.
In this role, you will manage full sets of accounts, handle financial documentation, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

This position offers hands-on exposure in financial management, budgeting, tax compliance, and company reporting within a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Prepare monthly and yearly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and General Ledger
2) Manage adjustment journals and maintain accurate accounts
3) Check invoices, manage supplier payments, and monitor customer collections
4) Prepare bank reconciliations and supplier statements
5) Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cost analysis and cash flow monitoring
6) Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
7) Handle SST submissions, e-filing, and tax-related matters
8) Support management with basic financial insights and budget tracking
9) Update financial records using accounting systems or software

Requirements

1) Experience in handling full set accounts is an advantage
2) Understanding of accounting procedures, financial reporting, and SST
3) Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work with minimal supervision
