What You'll Do:
Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, collections, and general ledger activities
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Manage tax filings, audit preparations, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
Review and process invoices and payment documentation accurately and on time
Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making through timely reports
Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system (digital & physical)
Perform reconciliations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA, CPA qualifications are a plus)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments
Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and tax matters
Proficiency in Mandarin
is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
A team player with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
