Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
Process invoices, payments, and staff claims on time
Perform bank and inter-company reconciliations
Assist in preparing audit schedules and work with auditors
Handle payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare and submit tax-related documents
Job Requirements :
Able to communicate in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experienced in managing a full set of accounts
For full set account role: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
