Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Account Executive

who is capable of handling

full set of accounts

independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

full set of accounts

, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and other accounting reports in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy and compliance with

accounting standards (MFRS)

and

statutory requirements

such as SST, EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax. Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required. Maintain proper documentation and filing system for all accounting records. Support management in any ad-hoc financial or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

. Minimum

2-3 years of working experience

in a similar role, preferably with exposure to full set accounts. Proficient in

accounting software

(e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS, or QuickBooks). Good knowledge of

Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and payroll statutory contributions

. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
