- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Handle general accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor and manage company budgets and expenses.
- Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.
