Job Title: Account Executive (Used Car Dealer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Account Executive

to join our used car dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle

daily accounting operations

, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and receipts. Maintain and monitor

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

. Perform

bank reconciliation

and assist in monitoring company cash flow. Prepare

monthly financial statements

, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports. Record and update

vehicle purchase and sales transactions

, ensuring accuracy of stock inventory. Liaise with the

sales and management teams

regarding payments, documentation, and reporting. Assist with

audit preparations

and ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements. Manage

petty cash

, employee claims, and general office accounting tasks. Support management with any ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

. At least

1 year of relevant working experience

. Experience in the automotive or used car industry will be an added advantage. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and familiar with accounting software such as

SQL, AutoCount, or similar

.

Meticulous, organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
