Requirements

• o Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• o Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• o Proficient in accounting software, such as MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
• o Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• o Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• o Willing to work on-site in Kajang.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice issuance, payment vouchers, and filing.

• Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on company related matters.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, data entry, and monthly bank reconciliation of accounts.

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, or related authorities to gather necessary financial information and address basic inquiries.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
