Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Good attention to detail, accurate in data entry, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience using accounting software (Master Accounting/Auto Count) is an added advantage
No experience candidates are welcome if willing to learn (optional - you can remove if not needed)
Tanggungjawab
Handle daily accounting entries including AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable)
Prepare and update invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment vouchers
Perform data entry accurately into accounting software (e.g., Master Accounting / AutoCount)
Assist in bank reconciliation, checking statements, and verifying transactions
Maintain and organise accounting documents such as bills, statements, and supporting documents
Assist in month-end closing, including reconciliation and reporting
Coordinate with suppliers to verify bills, statements, and payment schedules
Support H.R./Finance with administrative tasks when required
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
