Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or audit
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with audit and tax regulations. Proactive, analytical, and well-versed in accounting systems.
• Preferable candidate able to communicate well in Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts receivable and payable with accuracy
• Provide supporting documents for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Prepare cost analysis and financial performance reports for management
• Support annual budge ng and financial forecas ng processes
• Oversee daily transac ons and maintain accurate financial records
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Multi-tasking
