Job Description
- Possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or any related field.
- Welcome Fresh Graduate to apply; Those with min 1 years experience and above in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles preferred.
- Fluent in speak and write in Mandarin is preferable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Handle both accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing invoices, processing financial transactions, matching invoices with purchase orders, coding and entering invoices.
- Reconciling vendor statements, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Handle additional tasks as needed
- Basic Salary based on experience (RM2200-RM 3200)
