Job Description

This position is part of the Finance Department and plays an important role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. The role focuses on account payable, disbursement, cash flow management, as well as supporting monthly and year-end closing activities.

The Account Executive will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring three key finance units:

Management Unit

Payable Unit

Receivable Unit

Handle daily accounting operations for accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording of transactions. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial data. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions for audit purposes. Assist in cash forecasting and tracking financial flows within the organization. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, as required. Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Ensure that financial records adhere to internal policies, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
