Job Description

:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Compile, review, and process invoices and claims submissions; identify and resolve discrepancies. Prepare weekly payment schedules, update cash book, and expense reports. Reconcile bank accounts and statements promptly, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local statutory requirements. Maintain a full set of accounting records and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing. Prepare financial reports accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Liaise with bankers, internal and external auditors, tax agents, and relevant statutory bodies as required Ensure proper documentation and filing to support accounting entries, including project-related documentation. Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed. Performs ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word). Preferably a minimum of

3 years

of accounting experience, ideally in the Property Development or Construction industry. Knowledge of the Developer's accounting systems (i.e. MHW System) is an advantage. Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and maintains a positive attitude. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
