What you\'ll do:

\xe2\xad\x90 Manage bookkeeping and full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients based in Singapore / Hong Kong using cloud accounting software independently.

\xe2\xad\x90 Manage complex accounting transactions including multi currency transactions, e-commerce, investment holdings, GST transactions.

\xe2\xad\x90 Self review the accounts and reports, prepare an accounting schedule and be able to apply relevant IFRS to accounting transactions correctly.

\xe2\xad\x90 Proactive and maintain professional relationship and communication with clients, minimising client complaints and strive to provide best possible accounting service to clients on a timely basis.

\xe2\xad\x90 Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process.

\xe2\xad\x90 Assist with any financial related administrative duties as and when assigned.

Who you are:

\xe2\xad\x90 Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Professional certification ACCA/MIA is a plus.

\xe2\xad\x90 At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in handling a full set of accounts for external clients.

\xe2\xad\x90 Good knowledge on accounting double entry, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Knowledge/experience managing Singapore (SFRS) or Hong Kong (HKFRS) accounts is an added advantage.

\xe2\xad\x90 Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero and/or Quickbooks, A2X, and interested to learn new accounting software.

\xe2\xad\x90 Professional proficiency in English. Candidates with additional proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese are welcomed.

\xe2\xad\x90 Advance proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, tech savvy.

\xe2\xad\x90 Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player Self-motivated and proactive; good time management, able to work meticulously under tight deadlines.

\xe2\xad\x90 Strong sense of work ownership, agile to changes and always looking for improvements.
