RequirementsJob Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting / finance working experience.
• Experience in using Accounting Software & Microsoft OfficeProficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Can start work immediately or within short period of notice will be preferred.
• Well organized, initiative, committed and have ability to multi-task.

ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

• Responsible and experience in handling full set of accounts.
• To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.
• Carry out daily financial accounting and accounting processing.
• Responsible to update accounts schedules and monthly closing within deadlines set
• Responsible for various monthly reports for Japan holding company.
• Coordinate with external tax / audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purpose.
• Provide assistance for administrative and HR related jobs
• Assisting GM and Head of Finance
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by your superiors and the department head.
