Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
- Familiar with various accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
- Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in retail operation business will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables\' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients\' billing issues.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Directors and Management as and when needed.
