- Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Microsoft Excel literacy
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and sense of urgency
- Perform day-to-day operations and bookkeeping transactions into the accounting system
- Execute and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare bank, credit card and others reconciliation
- Process payments and ensure all payments are made on time
- Assist in statutory filings, tax submissions and other legislative requirements
- Handle filing, data entry, and correspondence for accounting team
- Monitor the company's fixed assets, update the fixed assets register
- Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned
- 5-day work week
