Job Requirement:

Account Strategy & Planning

Develop strategic account plans and conduct regular account reviews. Align internal teams with company goals for financial efficiency and compliance.

Project Coordination

Oversee execution of projects related to company accounts and financial reporting. Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, project delivery, and timely payments. Manage project accounts and track supplier payments within due dates.

Reporting & Analysis

Track and report key financial/accounting metrics and provide insights to management. Prepare and present regular updates on project payments, receivables, and cash flow.

Accounting & Compliance

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards. Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors for timely audits. Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and treasury management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management decision-making. Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (CA/CPA/ICWA/ACCA) preferred but not mandatory. 5-8+ years of accounting and financial management experience, ideally in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial company. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance. Hands-on experience in SQL systems and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
