Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive for our Digital Platform in relation to the trade execution and accounting job task.

Job responsibilities:

Daily reconciliation of all broker's statement, position deposit, balance and rollover cost. Prepare the hedging statements for all the inter-companies for billing purposes. Perform revaluation of the hedging position at month end. Prepare and pass accounting entries if required. Perform hedging in the absence of Head of Department. Daily reconciliation of all the transactions in our platform with the hedging positions done with MKS. Manually hedge if there are any drops of unhedged position. Arrange the withdrawal of physical gold, hedging position with customer's outstanding positions ensuring they are fully hedged.

Requirements:

Possess at least LCCI or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good administration, organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office application.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
