Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant Professional Qualification in Accountancy such as ACA/ACCA/MICPA. A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required in related fields, preferably in property or related industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably executive specialized in accounting and finance. Required skill(s): financial instruments, knowledge of property accounting systems would be an advantage, strong numerical, analytical, and computer literate.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily transactions, monthly management accounts, sensitivity, and analytical reports to the Group. Prepare annual financial accounts for the company and provide detailed management information as required. Liaison with external auditors and tax agents. Ensure that all accounting ledgers are maintained accurately and all accounting reconciliations are completed each month. Schedules are to be provided as required. Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables Listings and monitor the timing of collections and payments. Prepare payment vouchers with relevant supporting documents properly checked. Assist in cash flow management (cash flow projections and monitoring). Responsible for daily operational matters and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Department.
