We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling full set of accounts and oversee the account department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also provide guidance and supervision to the assistant staff in performing their daily accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, inventories, and bank reconciliations.
2. Review and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including supplier payments and customer collections.
3. Prepare monthly sales & stock report.
4. Guide and supervise assistant staff who responsible for issue sales invoices and A/R payment received.
5. Prepare and manage payroll data.
6. Ensure E-invoice compliance and timely submissions.
7. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
9. Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. SPM/Diploma/Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (Familiar with Autocount accounting software would be added advantages).
4. Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
5. Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
