Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to use Accounting Software or must have prior knowledge of UBS Accounting software or similar Responsible for handling a full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory reports, maintenance of fixed assets registers, etc. Keep a full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Prepare monthly management reports on a timely basis. Maintain a good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times. Handle General Ledger, finalizing monthly Financial Statements and Reporting. Handle Treasury i.e. banking, cash flow, cash book, bank reconciliation. Prepare payment vouchers for monthly billings & monitor monthly collections. Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained for audit purposes. Responsible to complete daily bank reconciliation and financial projection in a timely and accurate manner. Able to use accounting software to record transactions and generate reports. Must have the ability to work independently and be a team player in the company. Liaising with auditors, valuer, and taxation. Other accounting-related jobs and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/manager.

Familiar with Sage/UBS accounting software or others. Good reporting skills Attention to detail Deadline-oriented High confidentiality in work ethics Time management Efficient and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management Must be able to work under pressure Must be able to multitask Must be able to work with minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting for Account Executive Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
