:
Handle accounting tasks, including preparation of account reports.
Liaise with suppliers and relevant authorities on finance-related matters.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Undertake any ad-hoc accounting assignments and administrative tasks as assigned.
Develop, maintain, and carry out an efficient filing system and data management process.
Follow up on all matters and provide progress updates.
Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of products.
Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software and e-invoicing will be an added advantage.
Prepare reports and carry out other tasks as requested by the Company from time to time.
