Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software ( SQL ) and E-INVOICE Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
JOB SCOPE

1. Financial Accounting

Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate, timely posting of transactions. Assist in preparing daily, monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims. Issue invoices, update receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Bank & Cash Management

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow. Ensure proper recording and documentation of all cash and bank transactions.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Assist with SST submissions, tax schedules, and audit documentation. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.

5. Documentation & Administrative Support

Maintain organised filing of accounting records and supporting documents. Provide administrative assistance and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on financial matters.

6. Other Duties

Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by Management.

WORKING DAY AND HOURS

SATURDAY TO THURSDAY 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM
ONCE TWO WEEKS , ADDITIONAL LEAVE ON SATURDAY
*Annual Leave - 14 Days Entitlement for Employees with Less Than 2 Years of Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
