Prepare full sets of monthly management accounts.
Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger updates.
Manage billing and collection processes efficiently.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and kept up to date.
Provide support for any ad hoc assignments or financial tasks as required.
Set targets, monitor progress, and deliver measurable outcomes for assigned work.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Develop sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets and support business growth, particularly in service delivery to clients.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
in accounting, finance operations, or client servicing.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients.
