EDUCATION:

Degree or professional degree in Accounting

REQUIREMENT:

3-5 years of experience

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Proficiency in using accounting software like SQL

Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English

Excellent communication and customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

1. Preparation of monthly reporting/management information to all stakeholders within the stipulated timeline.

2. Reconciliation of Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP) management

3. Assist in project budget preparation, budget monitoring including identifying cost savings opportunities.

4. Timely manner on preparation and maintenance of management account, financial report, annual budget, monthly cash flow forecast, including account, finance for statutory bodies in accordance with statutory.

5. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances

6. Tracking of project budget vs actual cost including monitoring cash flow.

7. Ensure transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the accounting standards.

8. Liaise with auditors/tax agent/authorities/other subsidiaries/departments on information required for reporting.

9. Assist in monitoring implementation and adherence to Company's internal control policy.

10. Pro-active in resolving concerns and providing value added financial advice including operational effectiveness and business process.

11. Any other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

12. Reporting to the HRAF Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,788.34 per month
