Working Days & Hours:

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have at least Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
Preferred 3-5 years working experience in accounting works and able to handle full set of account. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with manufacturing / construction accounting
Computer literate and familiar with account software (UBS, SQL)
Able to work independently, interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of personnel.
Able to handle admin task will be an added advantage
Language required: Mandarin, English & Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Scopes:

To assist in issuing payment / receiving voucher, cheque, posting invoice, bank reconciliation & etc.
To handle and resolve daily operation issues concerning accounting matters
To liaise with our external auditors in accounting matters and yearly submission for audit
