- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount will be adding advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- To provide support on month-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Ensure all the sales invoice, credit note and debit note had been file properly.
- Monitor outstanding accounts to identify overdue payments and maintain accurate records of all credit transaction.
- Contact customer to follow up on overdue invoices and follow up on collection.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger daily to ensure all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare a weekly report to the department\'s leader on the status of collection.
- Liaise with the external debt collection agencies and legal advisors as needed.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the head of department.
