Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Checking proper documentation for all invoices.
Invoice verification and data entry for all invoices timely and accurate.
Monitor and Inform client of any faulty account and transaction found.
Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients' policies and statutory requirements
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Outsourcing Department
