Account Executive (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Minimum Education: Candidate must process at least a LCCI Diploma or equivalent degree.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese will be given priority
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience on SDN BHD company.
- Requires good understanding of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Proactive, sense of urgency, self-motivated
- Fresh graduate can apply.
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Assist in review and implement financial policies
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statements, AR & AP aging reports and other financial reports
- Provide analytical support in the areas of reporting actual performance, reporting forecast, developing annual plans
- Reviewing all the transactions done by subordinates and ensure subordinates have keyed into system correctly
- Ensure all the Statutory Deadlines are met to avoid any late payment or submission penalties
- To liaise with both external and internal auditor, banker, lawyer and etc
- To prepare monthly payroll (calculate commission, days worked, based on leave/days off taken, payslip prepared).
- Make payment for statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax).
- To assist on special assignment or any ad-hoc duties
