Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Preferably with UBS knowledge & accounting on Restaurant nature of business background.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Must possess own transport
- Have knowledge of full set accounting
- Responsible for record and reconcile daily sales and collction in books and system.
- Data entry for monthly accrual Journal accurately.
- Responsible for properly tax invoice / credit note to all relevant inter-company.
- Handle monthly bank reconciliation.
- Reconciliation of debtors and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare all sub-schedules related to management accounts.
- Involve in monthly stock take / audit.
- Liaise with outlet person in charge related to operation matters
