Job Description

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance (with an Accounting major) is required.
• Minimum have 1-2 years of relevant working experience as an accounts executive;
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as need to deal with China HQ;
• Preferably candidate worked in a construction environment. Accounting/taxation/multinational company experience would be advantageous;
• Excellent knowledge of account processes and policies and full ability to apply these in daily operations;
• Able to go to the Kuala Lumpur office for around 3 days once per month.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the external auditor, tax agent, company secretary, customs, regulatory authorities and other parties to prepare year-end annual audit\'s schedule and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements including tax return matters;
• Communicate with bankers on bank facilities and account operations;
• Handle account/bank reconciliations;
• Prepared payment to the vendor and manage online banking matters;
• To monitor and liaise with outsourcing agents before and after they submitted monthly accounting reports, including month-end/year-end Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow;
• Implement effective internal controls and maintain proper accounting records;
• Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
