Account Executive ( Mandarin Speaker )

Job Description
- Diploma in accounting/ LCCI/ Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 2 year of working experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. However, communication in Mandarin is a must.
- Monitoring AP and ensure suppliers paid on time and checking on AP accounts are entered in accurate accounting codes.
- Checking through AP invoices are attached with PO, DO and other related matters before approving payments.
- Preparation of necessary journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts and ensure data accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure adequate funding for operations
