Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in SQL / Excel or other accounting systems.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently; experience with SME accounting is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Experienced in dealing with government departments and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare the company's full set of accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily sales, cash flow, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
• Monitor inventory, expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Assist with tax filing, audit matters, and banking documentation.
• Manage and record petty cash and small daily expenditures.
• Communicate with management to provide financial analysis and advice.
