Candidates must posses at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in
Accounting / Finance or related professional qualification.
Meticulous and attention to details with good interpersonal and pleasant personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting system would be an added advantage Microsoft Office & Autocount.
Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
5 working days per week.
Responsibilities
Ensure document completeness before submit for approval.
Ensure all payments to be arrange within timeline.
Assist on verify accounting documents such as sales invoice and receipt.
Maintain proper filing on accounting.
Answer to suppliers\' query on account discrepancy.
Prepare bank reconciliation.
Assist on month-end closing report.
Liaise with external parties such as banker and secretary.
Guidance will be provided.
