- Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in the related field.
- Candidates must posses at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in
- Accounting / Finance or related professional qualification.
- Meticulous and attention to details with good interpersonal and pleasant personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting system would be an added advantage Microsoft Office & Autocount.
- Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- 5 working days per week.
- Ensure document completeness before submit for approval.
- Ensure all payments to be arrange within timeline.
- Assist on verify accounting documents such as sales invoice and receipt.
- Maintain proper filing on accounting.
- Answer to suppliers\' query on account discrepancy.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Assist on month-end closing report.
- Liaise with external parties such as banker and secretary.
- Guidance will be provided.
