What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Min 2 Years in full accounts, Up to 5 Years in accounting/finance (MNC experience preferred).
• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Skills: Full-set accounts handling, meticulous, proactive, and a team player.
• Bonus: D365 experience or partial ACCA qualification.
• No experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is acceptable.

Responsibilities
We are assisting out client in hiring a Senior / Account Executive.
About the Role:
You'll support the Finance Manager in a full spectrum of finance functions, from month-end closing to year-end audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control and Record Keeping (LAP & LEA):

• Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and GL journals in D365.
• Issue sales invoice, back-charge invoice to intercompany.
• Capture Purchase Invoices (Trade & Non-Trade), Payment processing.
• Manage fixed assets, WHT payments, and SST declarations.
• Maintain supplier/customer master files and leasing assets (IFRS 16).

Month-End & Reporting:

• Assist in month-end closing, forecasts, and budgets using OneStream.
• Perform intercompany matching and variance analysis.

Year-End & Compliance:

• Prepare audit/tax schedules and transfer pricing documents.
• Liaise with external auditors.

Sales Support:

• Conduct credit assessments, track payments, and analyze contract profitability.
• Join sales meetings and support customer payment follow-ups.

Growth & Development:

• Access Oracle/LinkedIn Learning for continuous upskilling.
