Achieve at least Diploma certificate in accounting or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Words & Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with SQL / Accounting software will be added advantage.
Good in time management and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
Tanggungjawab
Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), GL Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain and organize accurate accounting records.
Assist in the preparation and submission of local tax and statutory requirement.
Assist in month-end and year-end account closing processes.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Providing commentary and analysis around the Company\'s performance to the management team.
Liaise and managing all internal and external auditors, and ensuring that any audit issues are resolved within the specified timeline.
To undertake and perform any other job functions as and when required.
