Job Description


Job Responsibility Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Perform data entry Assist in resolving any administrative problems Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers Maintain office supplies for department Working Hours : 10am - 6pm (included lunch break 1 hour) Job Requirements Welcome fresh graduated Senior Guidance Minimum Diploma in accounting or above Able to communicate with English and Mandarin averagely Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels Looking for a stable and permanent job Job Benifits Performance bonus Medical and insurance coverage Increment based on performance EPF SOCSO Annual leave Additional Benefits 5 Working Days
