Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain company accounts, including input of entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports;
- Submit reports to government organisations;
- Manage customer orders.
- Arrange shipment and dispatch of orders.
- Maintain records of dispatch of orders.
- Liaise with company staff; accountants; suppliers; customers and other entities.
- Travel interstate and overseas as required and where possible.
- Answer telephones or assist with other office responsibilities.
- Such other duties as may be asked of you, within your capabilities from time to time.
- Degree in accounting.
