This role will be managing ShopBack Australia portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of long tail brands on ShopBack
  • Advise brands and affiliate networks on upcoming ShopBack campaigns and secure offers for promotions
  • Proactively work with brands and affiliate networks and grow out account size and value
  • Daily communication with assigned brands regularly via phone, slack or email
  • Build strong relationships with brands and affiliate networks, becoming a trusted industry expert
  • Closely liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations and Marketing to facilitate brand\'s bookings
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed your sales target
Requirements
  • Preferably, 1-2 years experience in an account management, client facing, or administrative role. eCommerce and affiliate experience is an added advantage but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills, and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint/Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with competing priorities
  • Experience in an account management environment with a track record of success in a KPI driven sales environment
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver
  • Always be looking for new ways to develop, grow and broaden the relationship with the clients
