& Job Details

Position: Account Executive (Open For Fresh Grad)
Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000
Location: 6, Persiaran Jubli Perak Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

1. Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and General Ledger. Also responsible for adjustment journals and final monthly & yearly accounts.
2. Check invoices, manage supplier payments, and customer collections. Prepare bank reconciliations and supplier statements.
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management. Do cost analysis and monitor cash flow.
4. Prepare documents for internal and external audits. Handle SST, e-filing, and other tax-related matters.
5. Provide basic financial input to support management decisions. Monitor company budget and control expenses.
6. Update records using accounting system/software.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Open for fresh grad in Accounting & Finance
2. Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3. Familiarity with accounting systems/software
