ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

Preparing cashflow reports, Raise invoice to client/tenants, Preparing monthly report. Reconcile bank statement, Preparing audit schedule Preparing audit schedule, Handle full set of accounts Preparation of Daily Bank Statement indicating available cash balance. Preparing payment vouchers, issue cheque or online payment details to purchase orders / sub contractors interim certificate. Prepare remittance: TT/Bankers Cheque / Bank Guarantee. Attend to enquiries from suppliers/subcontractors with regards to payments. To carry out any other duties assigned by superior / management from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting or relevant fields. Experienced working in a Cosntruction company. Ability to handle full set of accounts
