Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Familiar with basic accounting principles. Managing account receivables. Ensure the AR data captured into accounting system accurately. Bank accounts reconciliations. Prepare weekly aging report and review AP aging to ensure compliance. Work close with commercial team, review aging & follow up on supplier invoices and payment. Performs GL operational day-to-day activities and ensure accounts are up to date at all time. Prepare necessary journal adjustment & posting. Support Stock take at stores & warehouse, prepare stock take variance report. Assist in month-end closing and monthly financial reports and yearly audit as requested. Provide administrative support from time to time. Work closely with other departments to provide accounting advice. Any other Finance, Accounting or Admin tasks/project assigned.

Requirements:



At least 1-2 year(s) of relevant work experience is preferred. Computer literate; essential to know and use MS Excel and any accounting software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
