Candidate must possess at least professional certification in LCCI
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience.
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia, can converse in mandarin is an added advantage
Dynamic self-starter with initiate enthusiasm and ability to meet tight deadlines
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Able to start work immediately
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) and an SQL Accounting software

Tanggungjawab

Able to manage Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Able to prepare monthly bank reconciliation, Perform Quotes, SO, PO, DO, Invoice, PV, Petty Cash, GL, Inventories Adjustment entries etc.
Undertake treasury functions as well as cash flow management
Verify employee\'s travelling claim and prepare well-timed payment
Maintain company\'s fixed asset listing up-to-date and prepare depreciation calculation
Reconcile inter-company accounts
Responsible for monthly and annual stock take
Close supervision and monitoring of credit control and debt collection process.
Preparing monthly closing, cash flow analysis, accounting & financial report on duly basis
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Liaison with auditors, tax agents, secretarial agents, lawyers and bankers on company accounting matters.
Carry out any other assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time
Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring internal controls and developing effective and timely reporting process.
