Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or in Account, Finance or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant working experience is highly preferable;
• Good command of English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is encouraged;
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, SQL accounting software;
• Must be able to work independently;
• 5 working days per week;
• Flexible Alternate Saturday;
• Fresh master / graduate in relevant disciplines are encourage to apply.

• Able to handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare monthly management accounts;
• Monitor & manage cash flow;
• Follow up closely on customer payments. Overlooking and lead in terms of calling of debtors and customers;
• Teamwork with Accounts department for keeping track of PO, OA, DO and INVOICE next execution;
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and government authorities. Preparation of documents for advisor;
• Prepare Monthly report for sales and other documents timely;
• Handling all matters relating to company\'s government licenses eg. Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission), MOF (Ministry of Finance), etc;
• Creating payment voucher for all payments and bills daily;
• Responsible for day-to-day operations in accounting and administrative tasks;
• Pitching ideas for improvement or more fun and effective things we can adopt together;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by team / management from time to time;
