Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Prefer Ready to Work
- Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping for accurate records
- Prepare daily/weekly cash flow reports and monthly financial summaries
- Develop strategies to maximize profits and improve cash flow
- Assist in preparing and reviewing annual budgets and financial planning
- Maintain internal controls for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
- Contribute to department projects (e-invoicing, system enhancements)
