of Account Executive

Handle full set of account. Ensure and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end account closing. Familiar with consolidation of accounts will be added advantage. To prepare tax estimation for submission to LHDN To deal with auditor, banker, tax agent, Co secretary and other external parties Familiar with MYOB & SQL accounting software. Foreign exchange calculation will be added advantage. Familiar with group of intercompany transaction Ensure monthly Bank Reconciliation, SST Submission, Tax Computation are performed in timely and accurate manner. Prepare monthly financial statement and management reports. Preparing Cashflow forecast and annual budget Perform daily processing of general accounting activities, such as account payable and receivables transaction to ensure that these are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Perform relevant duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field / financial accounting experience ACCA/MIA Holder will be advantages Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
