Tanggungjawab
Manage full set of accounts
Prepare monthly payroll and annual E/EA forms (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
Assist with company secretarial work and liaise with auditors when required.
Prepare fee invoices, follow up on client payments, and address invoicing-related inquiries.
Review and verify the invoices from partner vendors.
Oversee petty cash claims and monthly reimbursement for colleagues.
Perform daily office administration tasks as required
Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor.
