Requirements

• Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly payroll and annual E/EA forms (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
• Assist with company secretarial work and liaise with auditors when required.
• Prepare fee invoices, follow up on client payments, and address invoicing-related inquiries.
